Born in March, 2010, Shayan was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) at only 3 weeks old. He has no siblings to match so his family is looking for one in the public registry.
On January 14, 2011, Shayan received a cord blood donation and is recovering. He will be hospitalized for at least 2 months post-transplant. Please keep little Shayan in your thoughts and prayers as he recovers.
